Black Carbon Steel Round Head Square Neck Carriage Bolt

Carriage Bolts, also called round head square neck bolts, generally feature a broad, shallow round head and are inserted into pre-drilled holes. The square neck under the head keeps the carriage bolt from turning as the nut is tightened. Carriage bolts are commonly used to fasten wood or wood and metal parts together.

Our carriage bolts with nuts are standard round head bolts with square necks and unified thread pitch carriage bolts. Made from low or medium-carbon steel (AISI 1006-1050 or equivalent steel). The carriage bolt's square neck is designed to keep the bolt from turning as the nut is tightened.
